About Me

A Coach With a Fighter's Background

My name is Krzysztof PiÄ…tek (aka Chris Friday) and I am certified combat sport instructor. I've trained Kickboxing and Muay Thai for over ten years - first as a competitor stepping into the ring, and now as a coach who turns that experience into real results for students.

I know what works in training because I've been through it myself. Every plan is built around you - whether you want to lose weight, improve your conditioning, build confidence, or master proper technique.
